After 8 weeks of work by a national consultancy financed by the United Nations Population Fund-UNFPA, for the collection of data in the different structures (women's associations, NGOs, government departments, hospitals, police, gendarmerie) involved in the gender issue, in the 8 provinces of the national level: Bioko-Norte, Bioko-Sur, Litoral, Centro-Sur, Wele-Nzás, Kie-Ntem, Annobón and Djibloho. The Ministry of Social Affairs and Gender Equality develops this Monday, June 20, 2022 the meeting of presentation and validation of the results of the "Study on Gender Violence in Equatorial Guinea" at the Hotel Colinas in Malabo.
This activity will be attended by H.E. Mrs. Mª Consuelo Nguema Oyana, Minister of Social Affairs and Gender Equality, Mrs. Anna Pont, Resident Coordinator of the United Nations System in Equatorial Guinea, Mr. Jaime Nsue Esono, Assistant Representative of UNFPA, Representatives of the agencies of UNICEF, UNDP, FAO, WHO, UNAIDS, as well as members of different departments, associations, NGOs, etc....
